My family had a small printing business that I ran once for a couple months while my dad went back home to his country (Australia) for a visit. I had two remote employees, both in their 50s, who spoke very little English. And guess what? We functioned just fine! We cleared a healthy amount in sales with a 14% profit margin.

This was in 2005, before smartphones.

I was 19 years old.

So no, I don't buy Jassy's excuses.
